OYSTER STEW 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. light cream
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. oysters
2 c. milk
Dash of pepper

Melt butter in small saucepan. Add oysters (with liquid) cook and stir over low heat just until edges curl. Heat milk and cream in another saucepan. Stir in salt and pepper and add oysters.
