GARDEN COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
8 grape tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 large cucumber, peeled, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 c. thinly sliced red or yellow onion
1 tsp. grated Asiago cheese
salt and pepper, to taste

In salad bowl, top cottage cheese with other ingredients.

This makes one low calorie serving.
