MASHED POTATO PIE 
4 c. potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. skim milk
3 (1/2 oz.) pkg. Butter Buds
1/2 c. lowfat cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 egg whites

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 inch deep dish pie with Pam. Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Boil for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender. Drain. While potatoes are cooking, spray a nonstick frying pan with Pam. Add onion and cook over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until browned. Set aside.

Place potatoes and skim milk in a bowl. Mix with an electric mixer or hand masher until smooth. Stir in onions. Place remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth. Fold into potatoes. Spread evenly into prepared dish. Cook for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown on top.
