BANANA YOGURT POPS | |
These healthy and refreshing Banana Yogurt Pops are the perfect treat for a hot day. They are made with just three simple ingredients and can be customized with your favorite toppings. 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced 1 cup plain yogurt 1/4 cup honey In a blender, combine the bananas, yogurt, and honey until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid. To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Variation: We like to dip them briefly in melted dipping chocolate, sprinkle with chopped pistachios or macadamia nuts and re-freeze before serving. Enjoy! |
