OLD FASHIONED RAISIN CUPCAKES 
1 box seedless raisins
2 c. water
4 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 c. water (cold)
3/4 c. vegetable oil

Put 1 box seedless raisins into 2 cups water. Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes. While raisins cook, sift and mix together: flours, sugar, spices, salt, baking soda. Add to cooked raisins, 1 cup cold water, vegetable oil. Stir into flour mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. NOTE: Use cupcake papers in cupcake tins. Makes 3 dozen cupcakes.
