TUNA SALAD SANDWICH FILLING 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained (or ham, chicken, etc.)
1/4 c. finely chopped sweet pickle (relish)
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients; refrigerate until serving time. 1 1/4 cups filling (enough for 3 or 4 sandwiches).

I made this recipe with a few minor changes. I used dill relish instead of sweet, and left out the salt. The flavor was great and I saw no need to add any salt. I also added a little cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.

However, in my opinion that is way too much mayo. It came out very runny. Next time I'll start with half that much and add more if need be.
