"MEXICAN" TUNA SALAD | |
2 cans tuna 1/2 cup mayonnaise pinch (1/4 teaspoon) powdered cayenne pepper 1/4 of a red onion, minced 1 clove of garlic, finely minced 2 teaspoons of parsley, finely minced 3 large black olives, finely minced black pepper table salt, to taste Drain Tuna well. In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise and all other ingredients, except tuna. Mix well. Mix in drained Tuna. Add salt and pepper, to taste. For a low-fat version try Fat-Free Plain Yogurt or Fat-Free Sour Cream. For a milder version try using paprika instead of cayenne. Submitted by: IC |
