COLLARD GREENS | |
1 large bunch greens 1/4 c. cooking oil 2 large ham hocks 3 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. salt Place collards in large bunch, cut up and wash very good. Add cooking oil. Add large ham hocks and sugar. Add salt (in large pot). Add greens. Cook for 2 or 3 hours or until very tender. Serve hot. |
