CAJUN FISH 
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. Ocean Perch
Cajun Quick (spicy - get in the spice area of store)
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 onion, grated

Mix Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and onion together. Sprinkle fish with Cajun Quick on both sides; spread the cheese and mayonnaise mixture over fish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

I was looking for a recipe for some 'ocean perch' that I had purchased, and found this one. It was SO good, and SO easy, it's going in my book! I had 6 small fillets, which came to 2/3 lb., so there was more than enough spread. But, I just piled it all on, followed the instructions and it was done! Quick, easy, very tasty! What more could you ask?!
