BROCCOLI & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 stick butter, melted
1 pkg. Ritz crackers (approximately 25)

Partially cook frozen broccoli. Drain water, add cubed cheese to broccoli. Stir. Place in microwave safe casserole. Crumble crackers and mix with butter. Place on top of cheese and broccoli. Microwave 15 to 18 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
