MARINADE FOR FAJITAS 
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. minced onion
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 cloves mashed garlic
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt

Shake in jar, marinate overnight.

Not salty at all, just omit the salt and half the lemon juice to half lime, half lemon and it is perfect!

This make a lot of marinade. I would use less than 1/2 of the mixture next time when using 1lb of chicken.

I used a cup of Italian dressing in place of all the oil, vinegar, and minced onion. I scaled way back on the salt as well. It worked out great.
