TOFU BURGERS 
1 pkg. tofu mashed
2 eggs
Soy sauce to taste
1 med. onion, chopped
Mckays beef style seasoning to taste
1/2 to 1 c. oatmeal (regular or quick cooking)
2 tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
1/3 c. finely chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients. May add more egg if mixture seems to dry. Form into patties on a skillet with oil. Fry over medium low heat about 5 minutes on each side. Do not turn until a crust has formed on the bottom side or patty will fall apart. Use in buns for sandwiches or put in a baking dish and pour mushroom soup over them and bake until bubbly. This dish is a very high protein.
