This recipe was very tasty. I did not have all the ingredients. Instead of tomato sauce, I used Ragu meat sauce and I used regular sugar. It still came out good.

Found this recipe a while back and LOVE it! Using the bread slices versus the bread crumbs, HUGE difference in tast and keeps it MOIST! This is officiall on one of my recipe cards and have past it along to many. My son, the pickeiest eater, devours it everytime!

I made this last night for my father, husband and 5 kiddos and everyone LOVED it! I am replacing my old recipe with this one for sure! I didn't have the ingredients for the sauce, so before I put it in the oven I coated the top with ketchup and then laid strips of bacon across on top of the ketchup. YUM!!!

My boyfriend and his mom loved this recipe when I made it for them! I didn't have any tomato sauce and was running low on ketchup so I mixed the ketchup with lots of hot salsa and the other topping ingredients. It came out amazing with a kick to it! Oh and I added some fresh parsley for some green color :) This is definitely going into my little book of recipes. Thanks!

I loved this recipe. I thought I was going to have to go to the grocery store and get some more ingredients but I didn't, I had everything in my kitch already. This was fast and being a working more and newlywed, thats how most of my meals are made. KUDOS! Thanks!

This is my first year living on my own, so I looked for some easy recipes to make to get used to cooking, and this was the easiest and tastiest I have made yet! Thanks so much- Definitely one of my new favorite dishes.

Due to lack of proper ingredients, I substituted Roasted Red Pepper pasta sauce (from Whole Foods, 365 brand) for tomato sauce, about 1/3 cup of white sugar instead of brown sugar, and used 2 teaspoons of dijon mustard. I would HIGHLY recommend it!

Made this recipe yesterday evening and it turned out to be one of the best meatloaf recipes I have tried. The only thing I changed was the topping, I omitted the mustard and instead added a shot of Jack Daniel's whiskey which really works great.
