SALISBURY STEAK IN CROCK-POT 
4 to 6 pieces cube steak
1 env. Lipton's onion soup mix
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 to 2 cans water (use empty soup can)
seasoned all-purpose flour (seasoned salt, onion and garlic powder, etc.)
self-rising flour
butter, for browning

In a crock-pot put Lipton soup mix, mushroom soup and 1 can of water. Stir and turn on high. Take a mixture of seasoned flour and self-rising flour. Coat steak. Brown steak in a small amount of butter. Don't cook until done. After steak is browned, put in crock-pot with gravy. Cook on low approximately 3 hours or until steak is done.

Serves 4 to 6.
