1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
12 marshmallows
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. cream, whipped
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Add water to make 1 cup if not enough juice.

Dissolve Jello in pineapple juice by boiling 1 minute. Add marshmallows and boil 1 more minute. Cool slightly and then add cottage cheese and whip together by hand. Add whipped cream, pineapple and nuts. Pour into mold.
