NEW ORLEANS STYLE CRAB CAKES 
1 (5.75 oz) pkg. Zataran's Crab Cake Mix
16 oz. crab meat
1 egg
2/3 cup mayonnaise

Blend thoroughly Zataran's Crab Cake Mix with crab meat (following package directions), egg, and mayonnaise. Allow to rest 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Form crab cake mixture into 8 patties.

Fry in 1/8 inch preheated vegetable or olive oil (350°F) until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
