MARINATED LONDON BROIL 
3 lb. London broil roast
1/3 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar (unflavored)
1 tsp. onion salt
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Mix all ingredients together and pour over roast. Pierce roast with fork and turn over. Cover and put in refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight. Place roast in oven and cook on 350 degrees until done or remove from marinade and cook on outdoor grill. Place roast on serving dish and slice meat against the grain, pour remaining marinade over meat and serve.
