PEAS, POTATOES & DUMPLINGS | |
Dice some potatoes like for stewing. Cover with water and start cooking. Add 1 can green peas with juice. When potatoes are about done, season with as much salt, pepper and butter as you like. Take 1 large can of Hungry Jack biscuits and roll out; then cut into dumplings, drop into potatoes and peas and cook until done. Brandy's favorite. |
