CINNAMON VANILLA OATMEAL 
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oats
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
honey or agave syrup, to taste
chopped fruit or berries (optional)

Mix together milk, oatmeal, cinnamon, and vanilla in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 1/2-3 minutes. Stir in honey or agave syrup, to taste. Sprinkle on your favorite chopped fruit or berries.

Makes 1 serving

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
