OATMEAL-CINNAMON COOKIES 
1 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream shortening and sugar. When fluffy add beaten egg.

Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Add vanilla. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
