BAKED CHICKEN AND WILD RICE | |
6 thawed, skinned chicken hindquarters 1 box (6 serving size) wild rice "minute" brand with spice pack, uncooked 2 3/4 c. water 2 tbsp. butter Layer in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Spray with Pam in order above. Cover with foil and bake in a 375 degree oven for 1-1 1/2 hours or until tender. Stir rice before serving. |
