SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
5 slices bread

Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble; drain well. Spoon over bread slices. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour over cheese. Cover casserole and chill overnight. Bake casserole at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
