TASTY BURGER CASSEROLE | |
1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes 2 lbs. hamburger, browned with 1 sm. onion 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 1 can French fried onions 2 cans cream of celery soup 2/3 c. milk 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. onion powder Salt and pepper Place potatoes in the bottom and up sides of a 9x13 inch pan. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Place browned meat and chopped onion, broccoli and 1/2 can French fried onions in potato shell. Combine the soup, milk, 1 cup cheese and spices. Pour over the burger mixture and bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and rest of French fried onions and bake, uncovered, 2 to 3 more minutes. |
