JEFF'S SHEPERDS PIE | |
2 lb. ground beef / hamburger 1 large onion 2 cans tomato soup 1 (18 serving) box instant mashed potatoes (Hungry Jack) 2 cans cut green beans, drained paprika, for sprinkling Preheat oven to 350°F Brown hamburger with the large onion chopped and included. Once browned add hamburger and onion to bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Add 2 cans of tomato soup and mix together with burger. Cook 18 servings of instant mashed potatoes. I make 12 servings then 6 servings using hungry jack potatoes. Leave a little thin for easy spreading. Spread potatoes over hamburger in the pan, spreading evenly all the way around the edges. Drain 2 cans of cut green beans and lay over the potatoes. I like to individually poke each one in, looks better. Lightly sprinkle paprika over top for taste and look. Place in oven at 350°F and bake for 25 to 35 mins or until potatoes are golden brown. Submitted by: Jeff Ollanketo |
