ANGIE'S BEST SALMON PATTIES 
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans pink salmon
2 eggs (1 egg per can)
2 onions, chopped
bread crumbs (1 slice bread, toasted)
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
2 tsp. Badia garlic and parsley seasoning
black pepper season, to taste
vegetable oil, for frying
all-purpose flour, for coating patties

Chop onions. Toast bread and crumble to make fresh bread crumbs. Open cans of salmon, drain juice and remove any bones.

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix. After mixing prepare to make patties (make patties as thick as you want them).

Prepare your oil to medium heat. Flour patties and fry on both sides until golden brown.
