POTATO AND GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 c. canned tomatoes 4 med. potatoes, diced Oregano, salt and pepper to taste Slightly brown ground beef in skillet and drain. Brush bottom of casserole dish lightly with melted butter. Place diced potatoes in bottom of dish. Add drained beef and cover with canned tomatoes. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degree for 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. For variety a small can of sweet peas may be added with potatoes. |
