1 sm. pkg. Jello instant chocolate pudding
2 c. cold milk
3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreos, crushed
8-10 (8 oz.) plastic cups

Prepare pudding with milk. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and 1/2 of the crushed cookies. Place 1 tablespoon crushed cookies in each cup. Fill cups 3/4 full with pudding mixture. Top with remaining crushed cookies. Chill. NOTE: Plant a plastic flower in each flower pot.
