RHUBARB CRISP | |
1 c. water 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. vanilla 4 c. rhubarb, chopped 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. flour 1 c. oatmeal 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon Thicken water, sugar and cornstarch over heat. Add the vanilla. Mix brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, salt and cinnamon. Put 1/2 oatmeal mix in pan. Add chopped rhubarb. Pour sauce over rhubarb. Add remaining mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
