UPSIDE - DOWN PIZZA 
1 lb. ground turkey or hamburg
1/4 c. chopped celery or onion
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. sliced vegetables
2 c. tomato sauce
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray frying pan with Pam. Saute first 5 ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking pan and top with vegetables. Pour sauce over vegetables and top with cheese. Carefully unroll crescent rolls into 2 strips and stretch them across top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees until "crust" is golden brown. Makes 8 servings.
