HAMBURGER POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
7 med. potatoes
2 c. longhorn cheese (shredded)

Season hamburger with salt and pepper and brown in skillet. Peel potatoes and cut into bite size cubes. Boil in 4 cups water in saucepan for twenty minutes. Drain hamburger of all grease.

Take 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish and layer potatoes first, then hamburger. Top casserole with shredded cheese.

Bake in 350 degree oven 10 minutes or until cheese melts.

Yields 6 to 8 servings.
