1 whole rack of baby back ribs or 2 halves
butter flavored cooking spray
any kind of barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 325°F. Take 1 piece of large extra heavy aluminum foil big enough to fold in half and be able to wrap the ribs in. Spray area of foil where the ribs will be placed with butter cooking spray.

Pour 1/2 to 1 cup of barbecue sauce on top of butter spray and swirl around. Place the ribs on top and pour sauce on top of ribs. Spray with butter spray and seal tightly in aluminum foil. Place on cookie sheet any then bake in oven for 2 hours.
