2 slices of bacon, diced
1/2 of lettuce, Julienne
1/4 cup of onions, diced
1/4 cup of sweet potato, diced and boiled
1 egg
Butter
Basil

Cook bacon. Add onion, potatoes, and basil to pan and stir. Once the onions are translucent remove from heat. In another pan sauté lettuce until cooked to your liking. Combine lettuce, onion, potatoes, and bacon. Set aside.

Fry one egg and place it on top of the lettuce mixture. Salt to taste and enjoy.
