 Judy (Oregon) says:
If you're out of eggs AND milk, the recipe works fine if you use breadcrumbs after rinsing the chops with water, brown as directed in a skillet and bake according to the directions.. actually, I like it better this way.. the chops come out beautifully browned and juicy.. I can do without even a little egg.

We always "tenderize" the pork chops first with a tenderizer mallet.. Serve with mashed potatoes, corn and applesauce. YUM!!!

I've made this recipe, and my family absolutely LOVES it. The chops are always very moist, with a great breaded crust. I recommend this recipe highly. And very Easy as well.

I made the breaded pork chops with gluten free flour and gluten free bread crumbs which I added grated Parmesan Cheese. I only used 1 cup oil and they turned out very tasty.

Very easy to make. The only thing I did different was add fresh rosemary to the bread when I made my bread crumbs in the food processor. I will say that my pork came out extremely dry.. but I'm gonna try it again & see what I did wrong. Maybe 40mins insead of 45?.. Overall it was very tasty. Will definitely be making it again.

I use inch and a half thick Iowa chops. coat both side with kosher salt and let them set for at least an hr., if not longer. Crush up BBQ Frito corn chips, lays potato chips and add canned bread crumbs. This needs to be about 2 cups for 2 chops. Press this lightly onto the meat on both sides bake uncovered 15 min at 375°F then turn for another 15. Now cover with foil for 1 hr. at 220°F. Juicy and fork tender.
