I layered sliced strawberries and a drizzle of melted white chocolate over the top and got raves for a VERY simple dessert!

This recipe is also good with sugar free jello in lime or lemon and with 1/3 fat cream cheese and fat free whipped topping. Haven't tried other flavors of jello but will.

Great recipe. It was bit messy to make with my mixer, so next time I think I will use a deeper bowl. I used raspberry jell-o, 1/3 cup of water and 3 tbsp lemon juice. I was craving a lemon berry pie. It tastes great.

My fiancee says all I have to do to keep her is make this pie!! We have used the same directions for raspberry/banana with fresh fruit, peach with fresh fruit and orange with fresh fruit. Its awesome every time!! Thanks Brenda!!

Quick, easy & light. Very nice dessert for the hot weather. I changed the strawberry jello for orange & made it an orange cream pie which was similar to creamscicle taste. Topped off with cool whip... everyone loved it. Thank you for the recipe.

Very good, very simple. I chose to add sliced strawberries on top to look more appealing and for more of that strawberry taste.

Strawberry jello is cheaper and shelf stable :)
