APPLE BROWN BETTY 
10 slices raisin bread, toasted and cubed
4 tbsp. reduced-calorie butter
6 tart apples, peeled and sliced
3/4 c. apple juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar (use Sugar Twin brown sugar)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with "Pam." In medium bowl, combine bread and butter; toss until well coated. Set aside.

In another bowl, toss remaining ingredients. Stir to coat fruit. Spoon 1/2 of the apple mixture into baking dish and top with 1/2 of the bread cube mixture. Repeat layers and drizzle with remaining apple mixture liquid; cover with tinfoil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil; raise heat to 400°F and bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
