SALMON BURGERS 
3 eggs
16 oz. canned salmon, drained
2 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2/3 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped green onion
3 tbsp. salad oil

Beat eggs slightly, add salmon, crumbs, celery and onions; mix well. Make into patties and fry in hot oil until brown.
