3 cups corn flakes, crushed
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cups coconut flakes
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix corn flakes, sugar and butter. Pat down into 9x11-inch pan. Sprinkle layers of butterscotch chips, coconut flakes then nuts. Pour entire can of condensed milk evenly over top.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or til golden brown around edges.

Cool, then cut into bars.
