BUTTERSCOTCH MORSELS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter

Melt chips in top of double boiler, add peanut butter. Mix well. Add 2 1/2 cups Special K to above mixture. Drop by spoonfuls on greased wax paper. Let set. They set up well when placed in refrigerator to cool. Makes about 2 dozen cookies or candy. Very tasty!
