QUICK AND EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 onion (chopped) 1/2 stick butter 2 cans white meat chicken (drained) 1 pkg. egg noodles (cooked) 1 can cream mushroom soup 1 can cream chicken soup 1/2 c. milk Salt & pepper 1 pkg. grated cheddar cheese Saute onion in butter. Add to soups and milk. Stir. In separate casserole dish add noodles and chicken. Combine soup mixture to noodles and chicken. Stir until mixed thoroughly. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle cheese on top, bake 10 minutes longer. |
