AMAZING EASY CHICKEN AND SPINACH
ALFREDO
 
4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 (15 oz.) jar Alfredo sauce (Bertolli, Classico, etc.)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
1 clove fresh garlic, chopped
4 to 5 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper, to taste
1 (16 oz.) pkg. pasta noodles (your choice)

Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and sauté in butter with onion and garlic. Heat spinach. Drain.

Combine the chicken, drained spinach, and Alfredo sauce in a large pan; add sliced mushrooms. Season to taste. Cook on medium-low heat for 30 minutes, stirring quite often.

Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions.

Garnish lightly with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Top noodles with sauce and ENJOY!
