CREAM OF WHEAT BREAD 
1 c. uncooked Cream of Wheat
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder

Mix well and pour in:

1 c. milk
1 whole egg
1/4 c. cooking oil

Stir gently and don't overbeat. Grease your pan and bake at 400 degrees until the top is golden brown. It's crisp and crunchy. (This is better than corn bread).
