BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. crushed Ritz cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli and drain. Put in a shallow casserole. Cube Velveeta and put over broccoli. Melt butter and drizzle over top. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top of casserole. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
