AWESOME OVEN BAKED CHICKEN THIGHS | |
1 pkg. chicken thighs (skin-on or skinless, your choice) Montreal chicken seasoning (McCormick) Sweet Baby Ray's chipotle BBQ sauce (or flavor of your choice) salt and pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 350°F. Wash chicken thighs and pat dry with paper towels and lay them out on waxed paper to be seasoned. Remove bones if you like or buy them boneless/skinless, whichever you prefer. I usually buy them bone in and skin on because the skin is my favorite part. Removing bones makes them easier to eat/cook/season. Discard bones if removed and season all over with Montreal Chicken seasoning and sprinkle with a little salt/pepper. Place on a foiled lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Brush thighs all over with Sweet Baby Ray's sauce (I like chipotle for the spicy kick) and place back in oven for 15 more minutes. Use baking time to prepare any sides that you would like. I make mine with corn on the cob when in season. Take chicken out of the oven and serve with sides and plenty of napkins, it will be finger lickin sticky goodness! Enjoy!
