“CHEESY POTATOES” IS IN:

CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. hash browns, thawed slightly
2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (12 oz.) dairy sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
crushed corn flakes

Mix all ingredients, except butter. Put into buttered casserole dish. Let stand a few minutes before baking.

Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top. Pour over melted butter. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Serves 8 to 10.

Note: Can prepare ahead and refrigerate, but put corn flakes on top at last minute.
