EASY QUICHE | |
1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs 1 c. shredded Swiss, Cheddar or American cheese 1 can drained mushrooms 1 frozen pie crust 1/2 lb. cooked bacon Blend sour cream, milk and eggs in blender, then set aside. Crumble bacon and put with the cheese and mushrooms on bottom of pie crust. Pour in the sour cream mixture and cook for 1/2 hour or until crust is brown and eggs are not runny in a 350 degree oven. |
