BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, cubed
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 lb. seasoned pork sausage (1 lb. ok)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 cube butter melted in 9x13 inch pan

Brown sausage; drain. Place bread cubes over melted butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with drained sausage.

Beat egg, milk and mustard. Pour over sausage. Mix soup and evaporated milk. Pour over top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 10-12.
