TATER TOT CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 bag tater tots 2 lbs. boneless chicken breast 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream 1 can grean beans 2 cups shreadded cheese dash garlic salt 1 tsp poultry seasoning salt and pepper to taste Bake tots as directed. While baking cook chicken breast on stove top in butter or Pam spray. Dice up and add in garlic salt, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Next add cream of chicken soup to meat until well heated. Take off heat and stir in sour cream. Remove tots from oven and place in greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Open and drain green beans then add over tots. Pour chicken mixture over tots and beans. Sprinkle cheese over top and cover with tinfoil. Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted (about 1/2 hour) Spray tin foil with Pam first or cheese will stick. Submitted by: Dawn Brown |
