CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. liquid Butter Buds
1 c. Grapenuts cereal
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Measure flour, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa into a bowl. Add milk and Butter Buds. Stir in Grapenuts.

Spray a square baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour mixture into pan. Mix together 1 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa. Sprinkle on top of batter. Carefully pour 1 3/4 cups hot water over the top. Bake 45 minutes.

This makes pudding and cake in the same pan. Serve with non-fat topping or non-fat ice cream. This will please all chocolate lovers. Serves 8-9. Per serving for 9 - Fat 0.02 g. Calories 63. Cholesterol 0.4 mg.
