SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsps. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 cups water
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
1/2 pint sour cream

Mix all ingredients together except water, soup mix and sour cream. Shape into balls and fry in enough oil to cover. May be made ahead and frozen or refrigerated. When ready to use, heat meatballs in 1 package of Lipton's onion soup mix, dissolved in 2 cups of water. Just before serving, add 1/2 pint sour cream.
