CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1 stick butter
2 sticks butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

All ingredients should be room temperature.

Cream butter, butter, cream cheese and sugar well. Add 2 eggs, beating well after each. Now add one cup flour and mix well. Continue adding one egg and 1/2 cup flour, beating after each until all have been added. Add vanilla last.

Bake in large tube pan. Put in cold oven, set at 300°F.

Bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until it tests done.
